Introduction

On this page, you will find the terms and conditions (the Terms) under which we supply any Content listed on this website. We encourage you to review these Terms carefully before making a purchase, as placing an Order signifies your agreement to be bound by them. The following definitions apply:

  • Content – any text, images, graphics, audio, video, page layout, or other information that appears on or forms part of this Website, unless otherwise stated.
  • Site – our website, available at www.magisterresources.com.
  • Order – your order for the purchase of Content from our Site, whether placed directly or via purchase order.
  • Purchasing Institution – the individual, or single educational establishment, that purchases Content from Magister Resources Ltd. This does not include other schools with different names, even if part of the same academy, trust, or under the same head teacher.
  • Terms – the terms and conditions set out on this page.

Basis of Sale

These Terms, together with any additional Terms set out below, become binding on you and us - and a contract is formed - when either:

  • we provide written confirmation of your Order in the form of an order confirmation or invoice; or
  • we deliver the Content to you.

Purchase Orders

Placing an Order indicates your agreement to be bound by these Terms. Once an Order is submitted, we will issue an invoice and provide access to the Content within 24 hours. Payment of the invoice is due within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the statutory right to claim interest (at 8% over the Bank of England base rate) and compensation for debt recovery costs under the Late Payment legislation on overdue amounts. We do not accept payment by cheque.

It is the user’s responsibility to download all Content within the provided 30-day access period, after which download links will expire. If the Content is not downloaded within this timeframe, a further admin fee will apply, along with the cost of a memory stick and postage, to receive the resources.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Content and the immediate access provided, all sales are final and no refunds can be offered. This applies to purchases made via the Site as well as Orders paid by invoice. If you have any questions about the nature or suitability of the resources before purchasing, please contact us at info@magisterresources.com and we will be happy to assist.
