1. Explore arguments for and against lifelong promises in marriage.
2. Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of these arguments, including a Catholic view.
3. Reflect on the challenges and beauty of lifelong commitment.

- Argument Cards - An additional set of argument cards about the challenges of making lifelong promises.
- Four Corners - Signs for the teacher to put up for pupils to move around the room based on a variety of statements.
- Padlock Template - Pupils summarise their arguments on a padlock and stick into their books.
