Learning Objectives:
1. Briefly outline what happens in this sacrament Listen to sung versions of the Kyrie and understand the words
2. Understand that we receive God's forgiveness through the sacrament of reconciliation

Resources Include: 
- Fully editable lesson PowerPoint
- Reconciliation Worksheet - The children summarise the 5 stages to the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Differentiated version on page two.
- Prompt and Ponder Cards - Provide children with a prompt & ponder question card which they can discuss in pairs before feeding back to the class. Alternatively, place a card on each desk and play some music – when the music stops, children sit in the nearest seat and discuss the prompt & ponder card on that desk with the person next to them. When the music starts again, they move on to find another card.
