In these terms and conditions 'Content' refers to text, images, graphics, audio, video, page layout and any other form of information capable of being stored on a computer that appears on or forms part of this Website, unless otherwise stated. 

'Purchasing Institution' refers to the individual or individual establishment which purchases Content from Magister Resources. It does not include other schools with different names, regardless if they are part of the same academy, trust or head teacher's remit. 

Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

All Content included on the website is the property of Helen Bridges trading as Magister Resources. By continuing to use this Website you acknowledge that such Content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights, unless otherwise stated, in line with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. 

You may, for your own non-commercial use:

• retrieve, display and view the Content on a device
• print copies of the Content for use by pupils and staff within the Purchasing Institution
• download and store the Content on the Purchasing Institution's school network to be accessed through a secure login by staff and pupils
• pass the Content to staff in the Purchasing Institution for the express purpose of using for pupils at the Purchasing Institution
• modify or adapt the Content as necessary for your particular class or school

Prohibited Use

• upload the Content for general use by the public, for example to shared social media groups
• reproduce, transmit or distribute the Content to other schools, staff or pupils outside the Purchasing Institution
• pass off any of the Content as your own work
• redistribute, resell, lease, rent, licence, sublicence, transfer or make the Content available to any other educational institution, individual or legal entity

This website may contain links to other sites. These sites are not under the control of Helen Bridges trading as Magister Resources. We assume no responsibility for the content of such Websites. The inclusion of a link to another Website does not denote endorsement of the site or those in control of them. Video links are working at the time of publication, however, YouTube content owners can withdraw their material at any given time and it is the classroom teacher's responsibility to check and source new links should this occur.

Availability of the Website and Disclaimers

Any online facilities made available through this Website is provided 'as is' and on an 'as available' basis. We give no warranty that the service is free of defects and/or faults. Helen Bridges trading as Magister Resources is under no obligation to update information on the Website and can change the Terms of Use without prior warning. 

It is the user's responsibility to check the Content and ensure it is appropriate and suitable for their classroom and school context, including worksheets, PowerPoint lessons and externally sourced video links. 

Refund Policy

Given the digital nature of the resources available from Magister Resources, no refunds will be given and all sales are final. Should you have a question about the nature or content of the resources in advance of purchase, please contact us. 

Purchase Orders

Resources will be sent within 24 hours upon receipt of payment if made by purchase order. It is the user's responsibility to download the material in the given timeframe of 7 days, before the links expire. Failure to do this will result in the user being required to pay an admin fee, purchase a memory stick and cover postage in order to subsequently receive the resources.
